Besides Beethoven Haus, Haribo shop / factory outlet and Deutsche Welle, there are a couple of places of attractions in Bonn city.
Bonn Hauptbahnhof (main train station). At the left is SWB where you can purchase the monthly transport ticket. Note that you would need a passport size photo to apply for the monthly transport ticket. It costs 6 Euros to print 4 passport size photo at the photobooth machine. I'd advise you to bring along your own passport size photo to save money.
Das Münster (cathedral)
Der Marktplatz (marketplace) where you can buy fresh grocceries
Bonn university. Being a student at GI Bonn entitled me to student price at the university Mensa (canteen). However, as with most canteen food, don't expect much in terms of the quality and taste.
Lying on grasspatch on a sunny day
Altes Rathaus (old town hall) where couples register their marriage
Haus der Geschichte. Museum on the history of Germany, focusing on Germany after the second world war to the present. And entry is free!
A microbrewery in Bonn. Yes, beer is indeed cheaper than water in most breweries. Typically, a glass of beer costs around 1.70 Euro while a glass of water costs around 2 Euros.
